Advise. Build. Grow.

Most consultants leave you with a deck. Most agencies leave you with a dependency. We work on how a company decides, how it gets work done, and how it reaches customers, then hand each system to your team ready to run.

Start with the constraint

Companies usually come to us because one of three things is true.

One important question that does not yet justify an engagement? Start with Ground Truth.

Three kinds of infrastructure

Advise decides what should happen. Build changes how the company works. Grow changes how the company reaches, converts, and retains customers.

Each service line hands the next one something concrete: a plan, then a working system. Results from Grow feed the next plan.
Advise / Decision infrastructure

Decide what should exist and how it should work.

How the company decides what to do: what to adopt, what to prioritize, how each system should work, and where the money should go.

Build / Operational infrastructure

Create the systems the company needs to operate differently.

How the company gets work done: the workflows, tools, software, and publishing operations that turn a decision into the way the work actually happens.

Grow / Commercial infrastructure

Create and operate the systems that produce demand, conversion, retention, and revenue.

How the company reaches customers and earns from them: the channels, the platform and CRM, and the website where customers decide, all measured in revenue.

Ground Truth / $500

One consequential decision, one focused hour.

A paid decision session for an important problem that does not yet justify a larger engagement. One hour with Lauren Proctor on one business, marketing, product, or growth decision. You leave with notes, the decisions made, a recording if you want one, and a clear next step. It does not include implementation. If the next step is a Storyworlding engagement, we scope it separately. If it is not, the session stands on its own.

How an engagement runs

From the first call to the handoff

01A 30-minute call.

You leave knowing the first move.

02A written scope.

A project, an audit, or a monthly role, with the fee set before we start.

03Handoff with docs.

Your team runs it, or we do.

04Retainer if ongoing.

Only when the work genuinely continues.

Working with us

Most projects run 3 to 16 weeks, with a fee set before we start, and the first one usually takes 3 to 8.

ForBrands and growth-stage teams ready to move faster than their headcount.
HowRetainers are used when the work is genuinely ongoing. Some begin after a project; others, like fractional leadership, content systems, and paid acquisition, can begin directly.
You keepThe system, the documentation, and the accounts, all in your name.
How we price

Clear fees, set before we start

Request a call
By the project, never by the hour.

You pay for the result we agree on, not the time it takes to get there.

Prices are public. The scope is yours.

Each service lists its starting price. Every engagement still starts with a call and a written scope with one number on it.

Advisory ends when you want it to.

No lock-in and no penalty for leaving. We earn every month we stay.

We tell you if we are not the answer.

If we cannot get you the result, we say so before you spend anything.
