We use evidence from your own operation, and the judgment of people who have built these systems, to make the operating or commercial decision before money goes into building it. You leave with a plan your team believes in and the first moves specified.

One consequential decision, one focused hour.
A paid decision session for an important problem that does not yet justify a larger engagement. One hour with Lauren Proctor on one business, marketing, product, or growth decision. You leave with notes, the decisions made, a recording if you want one, and a clear next step. It does not include implementation. If the next step is a Storyworlding engagement, we scope it separately. If it is not, the session stands on its own.
Ground Truth settles one decision in one hour. An Advise engagement is for decisions that need weeks of evidence: interviews, data, and a map of how the work really runs.
